Personal Accident Disability Insurance offers accident disability coverage to a broad market, including almost all occupations, seniors, and even the unemployed.

The base plan provides 24-hour accident disability coverage of up to $4,000 per month for a benefit period of 2 years. Total disability is based on a “regular occupation” definition. Partial disability, vocational rehabilitation and waiver of premium are all standard benefits. In addition, built right into this base plan are a number of value added features.

This plan is subject to 3 eligibility questions only, and proof of income is not required until claim time.

Sickness disability coverage can be added with short form underwriting and limited medical requirements based on age and amount.

The disability benefit period can be extended past the initial 2 year period, to either 5 years or to age 65. Total disability after the initial 2 year period is based on an “any occupation” definition.

To help cover additional expenses that may result from an accident and make this coverage more comprehensive, we also offer an accidental death and dismemberment rider, and an accident excess medical rider. In addition, we
offer a very attractive return of premium rider which returns all eligible premiums less any claims paid after a period of 20 years. A return of premium on death rider is also available which returns a graded benefit depending on how long the coverage is in force.
